Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. This role will involve assisting in various aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining tables, counters, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Basic food preparation skills are desirable
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £8.14-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
