We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing, family-run business in Ashton-under-Lyne. At Challenger Site Services LLP, we provide portable toilets and other site sanitation services to customers across the North West of England.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing of customer enquiries and orders.
- Dealing with driver queries and problems whilst on site.
- Use internal reports to monitor the accuracy of documentation produced by the Hiredesk.
- Data input relating to driver mileage, fuel consumption and workload.
- Scanning and provision of PODs to customers.
- Planning of service routes, tanker work and/or deliveries and collections as required.
- To work effectively with the Hiredesk Manager and Operations Manager.

**Qualifications and skills required**
- **Essential**:_
- Experience of computers and Microsoft products.
- Good geographical knowledge of the North West.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy with particular attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Enthusiastic, efficient, well-motivated and a positive attitude.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and communicate clearly and effectively.
- **Desirable**:_

Previous experience in the transport or hire industry

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour equivalent to £26,000-£27,625 per year
