**The role**:
The One Front door service is the single point of contact for all of Warrington residents needing to access Warrington’s Intermediate Tier services. Working together, our Health and Social care services have created a “One System, One Population, One Purpose” to improve the outcomes for our Warrington Residents. Part of the One Front Door service includes monitoring and responding to incoming calls from customers who have Carecall and Telecare equipment installed in their properties to support them to live well and independently at home. The Carecall service has circa 4,500 customers.

The role of the OFD administrator is responsible for the undertaking of administration tasks within OFD service. You will work as part of an integrated team providing administrative support duties, which will include be not limited to processing referrals, answering phones, typing reports and correspondence, ordering and goods receipting equipment, photocopying, and filing. This role includes dealing with highly confidential information and requires a high level of discretion.

The successful applicant will need to be proficient in IT with a knowledge of Microsoft office and have the ability to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible and able to work over a 7-day period within the hours of 08:30-17:30 on a rota basis which includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
