**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Assisting with day-to-day operations conducted in the workshop, working with the LDD team and reporting to the Workshop Manager
- Take part in the development of Quality Control systems and procedures
- Provide information of all Assets with record keeping as required
- Participate, as required, in the development of the design and equipment new build or purchase as required
- Assist the Workshop Manager with ensuring all equipment is prepared to our standard regarding quality control procedures.
- The Workshop Assistant is responsible for ensuring that operational safety standards or other requirements are met at an operational level
- Assist with troubleshooting when required

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a similar environment and around heavy equipment
- Good planning skills and able organize and prioritise workloads effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under your own initiative and part as a team is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage
