We are looking for a **Junior Content Creator** to join our fabulous Marketing team. This is an ideal position for someone who has up to 1 year of experience and wants to grow their skills and abilities within the content creation space.

**JOB PURPOSE**

Based in our Richmond HQ, the main focus of the role is to create visuals and videos for the social media channels. From creating graphics, to taking pictures of our products and to being comfortable with shooting and editing video, with a remit for driving productivity and quality through all aspects of production, asset management approvals and delivery of final materials.

We are looking for someone passionate about driving global audience growth and delivering content including editorial, audio visual and photography requirements.

Copywriting skills a plus, as this person will also be supporting the social media team where needed.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In-house content creator for the brand, creating both UGC and owned content to drive brand awareness, engagement, educate the customer and achieve owned and earned targets across all channel and brand objectives/strategy
- Champion social media across the organisation, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and brand presence.
- Own the creation of social-first content across channels
- Editing and capturing content for social-first content, BTS shoots
- Creating and editing content for reactive trends
- Shoot production
- Establish a social media presence on emerging platforms.
- Briefing external creative teams for content production and Briefing and creating social-first content for campaign launches
- Curating content and copywriting captions for channels
- Have an understanding of influencers and creator profiles

**SKILLS**, **KNOWLEDGE** AND EXPERIENCE**
- 1 years' experience interacting within online communities, actively participating on Instagram, TikTok Facebook, and Twitter.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, including their functionalities and best practices.
- Professional, team player who is passionate about all things social
- Proven experience of content creation for social media
- Proven ability to articulate strategy based on audience research and intuition
- Uses social analytics to make clear recommendations on content and strategy
- Works with creative team members on developing content, but also able to produce content without assistance from this team
- Organised and able to manage all sorts of content, including rights management
- A team player
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Finger on the pulse' of social trends and knows how to capitalise on them
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a "always-on" attitude
- Willingness to be both behind and in front of the camera, embracing a multifaceted role
