Car Valeter

**Salary**: £10.64 per hour (including holiday entitlement)

Kindertons Accident Management part of Examworks UK, are looking for Car and Van Valeter to join our busy depot. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure all hire cars are cleaned and maintained to a high standard ready for them to be delivered to our clients after they have been in a road traffic accident.

Each shift you will check into our depot and get given a route planner ready for your day. You will always be with another member of the team whilst completing deliveries and collections.

Duties will include:

- Ensure the preparation of hire fleet vehicles to a high standard for delivery to customers, adhering to the relevant procedures and completing all required documents.
- Ensuring that vehicles required for the following days deliveries are accounted for and prepared.
- Ensuring that the depot parking area remains organised at all times with different vehicles allocated different areas as directed by the depot management.
- Always Maintaining the yard and valet area to a high standard.
- Monthly stock checks at valet materials, chemicals and equipment.
- Preparation of the yard in order for easy access for collection of vehicles by salvage agents or other Kindertons employees when appropriate.
- Ensuring all vehicle checks are completed, such as checking tyre pressure, fuel levels and screen wash for every vehicle out for delivery.
- Working as part of a team, attending team meetings and contributing where appropriate.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.

**Requirements**:
You must have held your license for 2 years or more and have no more than 6 points and confident with driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
