**About us**

We are a family of 5 looking for a nanny-housekeeper to start at the beginning of September. We have twin sons (5) and a daughter (10) who are kind, fun and imaginative.

**Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny/Housekeeper.

We're looking for someone reliable and organised who can prepare healthy meals and help with housework.

**Hours**

20 hours per week. Thursdays all day (7am to 6pm) and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday after school (approx 3 to 6pm). If Tuesdays are not possible we can accommodate someone who can do Wed-Fri. Annual leave would need to be taken in school holidays, but their state school has short terms so this gives quite a bit of flexibility.

If you wanted there may be the option for overtime, including some weekend hours available, but the priority would be to cover the hours outlined above.

**Role**

The nanny role involves collecting the children from two different schools one of which is a short drive away, supporting them with homework, taking them to activities, cooking supper for the family and helping them prepare for family occasions. The housekeeping role includes tidying, family laundry, ironing, meal preparation, light shopping, recycling, and keeping key areas clean such as the kitchen. We have a cleaner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in childcare or nannying is essential
- Confidence with preparing homemade meals is essential
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nannying: 1 year (preferred)
- childcare: 1 year (preferred)
