**Job Title** Warehouse Operative

**Salary** £20,000 PA + Bonus

**Hours** Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00; Friday 9:00-4.00

**Summary** PROACT Medical Ltd is a fast-growing medical device company of around 50 staff. We are looking to employ a Warehouse Operative who will also assist with the routine inspection of medical products

To ensure that our high expectations for quality are met consistently by our suppliers.

The position will be based at our head office in Corby, Northants, working as part of the Warehouse and Quality Department, which also includes goods-inwards, works order processing.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Picking orders for domestic customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- To ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished
- Goods Inwards Support - Help with receiving bulk deliveries, including the unloading of containerised deliveries as required
- General housekeeping duties

**Qualifications & Experience**

The following requirements should be supported by qualifications (preferably to GCSE equivalent level or above), or relevant working experience:

- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment desirable.
- Willingness to undertake Fork-Lift (counterbalance) training is essential, and previous Warehouse experience is desirable.

**Personal Qualities**
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised.
- Keen and diligent attention to detail.
- Willingness to adapt and respond to the requirements of a fast growing company.
- Full UK driving license an advantage

**Hours**
- Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Holiday. 20 Days + Bank Holidays
