Construction Laborer

Job Title: Construction Laborer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the construction and renovation of buildings, roads, and other structures.
- Perform various manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating construction equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
