**Role: Contracts Manager**

**Salary: £45,000-£55,000pa**

**My client is a fire and security specialist. They are looking for a Contracts Manager for the Passive Fire Protection works.**

**Must work to: BM Trada accrediation**

**Must be organised**

**Must be able to attend main office (in Ashford) or Teams call once a week to touch base with main office.**

**Location: North of M25**

**Role Overview
** A field and office-based role operating within areas defined by the Company for multiple clients.**
** The provision of Field Management supervision (including H&S) to the operative team, and Sub-contract labour.**
** Accountable for the quality delivery of day-to-day activities in the field including attending and managing the operatives and providing direction.**
** Carrying out surveys of works and relaying the information to the estimating department.**
** Working in conjunction with the estimating team to provide the client with an accurate proposal.
- Maintaining effective verbal communications between customers and the administration team.
- Ensuring updates and diary management in conjunction with the administration team.
- A point of escalation and support for the field team and administration team as required.
- Ensuring works are meeting the required standards and in line with any accreditations.
- Maintaining the accreditation and carrying out auditing processes.
- Ensuring the clients expectations are met or exceeded.

**Main Purpose
** Ensuring workmanship meets the required standards & expectations of the clients and the business.
- Ensuring compliance to the British Standards and accreditations of the business.
- Able to work in a safe and sensible manner.
- Representation of the business and enhancing the clients trust and expectations.
- Reliability and integrity of their position.
- Being a team player and supportive of your colleagues.
- Reporting of system failures and non-compliances to the standards.
- Working with the team to ensure KPI's and SLA's are being met.
- Forwards progression and willing to learn.
- To have a good knowledge of the materials being used and provide advice and guidance.
- Being a good communicator.
- Ensuring reporting is to the standards and professionally written for client approval.
