**The Vacancy**

We are looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team at De La Rue Westhoughton. You will bring with you experience in shipping products globally using road, sea and air transport (known consignor knowledge). You will have prepared export documentation and will have knowledge of incoterms and tariff codes.

As Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for the provision and despatch of internal/external customer orders using a variety of transport providers, ensuring that shipments are arranged at the correct security level and that all control measures are in place. You will also be responsible for reconciling monthly transport invoices and freight accruals, despatching orders using internal systems and raising commercial invoices.
