**Job Role**: Support Worker
**Hours**:Full Time 37.5hrs per week.
**Pay Rate**:£11.67 - £11.96per hour
**Location**: St. Marys, Roehampton
**Shift Patterns**: Early 8am - 4pm, Late 1:30pm - 9:30pm

- By joining us as a Support Workers you will be a part of enabling us to deliver support that provides someone with the resources to reach their full potential.
- You’ll be working from care plans tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their lifestyle, supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, social interactions, and activities in the community.
- As a Support Worker you will be maintaining an environment that is appropriate to the needs of our service users.
- As a Support Worker you will be creative and resourceful when supporting our service user.
**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:
St. Mary’s Home accommodates 40 people with Learning Disabilities. St Mary’s provide a holistic approach to support people to live a happy and fulfilling life, in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We endeavour to help people achieve whatever wishes and aspirations they may have, with the support and encouragement from a dedicated staff team. Happiness and wellbeing are paramount. We treat everyone as an individual, and aim to provide person centred care and support.
