Trainee Estate Agent / Negotiator - Portsmouth

Immediate Start.

5 day working weeks including every other Saturday.

We are looking for people who can carry this vision through with commitment, enthusiasm and the best salesmanship allied to quality customer service.

Job Purpose:
To deal with all aspects of all sales/lettings generation (when trained) and to provide a high level of salesmanship and customer service whilst growing the business and improving the team.

Principal Responsibilities (when trained):

- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers
- Negotiating
- Gross selling
- Selling financial services
- Gross selling
- Understanding targets and how to achieve them
- Driving licence required
