Facilities Handy Parson

Vibe Recruit is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Handy Person to join our highly successful and growing client based in Cwmbran.

**Hours**: 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thurs /07:30 to 13:00 Friday

**Pay rate**:£12.44 per h

**Weekly pay.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Covering any basic site maintenance tasks that may arise, changing light tubes, attending to leaks, checking fire extinguishers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Keep accurate production records
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.44 per hour
