**Plumbing and Heating Supervisor**

George Brown and Sons, established in 1870, based in Bury, Lancashire, is a plumbing and heating contractor undertaking domestic installations within the new build housing market throughout the North West region for numerous well known and trusted ‘blue chip’ developers.
- Demonstrate and career record within the plumbing and heating industry.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work across multiple contracts.
- Liaise with suppliers, site-based staff, client management and customers, in an authoritative and professional manner.
- Be IT literate
- Take a proactive approach to all aspect of their work and continuously seek to improve processes and procedures.

**Main Duties**
- Overseeing full installations via our employed plumbing and heating engineers
- Ensure quality of every installation.
- Attending client and contract meetings when required
- Assess labour and material requirement for works through structured weekly planning meetings.
- Gathering information for engineer’s installation work
- Ensuring strict adherence to all Health and Safety protocols

**Knowledge, skills and requirements**:

- Ideally a fully trained plumbing and heating engineer looking for progression within their chosen profession.
- Experience in the domestic new build sector
- Hold all relevant qualifications. CSCS, SSSTS, ACS Card, manual handling, working at height etc.
- A commitment to quality
- The ability to work under pressure, maintaining longstanding relationships with our staff and clients.
- Full UK driving licence.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Company car plus business mileage

28 days holiday including bank holidays.

Management progression
