**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and experienced copywriter with marketing and research experience to support our team over a 3 month fixed term. As our first Content Copywriter & Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies, collateral and materials that effectively communicate our brand message and product value proposition to our target audience.

**About You**

The role is for you if you have:

- Excellent English content writing skills
- Expert knowledge of the future of work, US workplace trends, and market insights.
- A proven ability to network and gather information is preferred
- Strong ability to analyse and filter information
- Have the ability to work well with a small team and form effective working relationships.
- Knowledge/Experience in SEO
- Enthusiasm to create quality and meaningful content for the future of work industry
- Strong familiarity with social platforms
- Proven ability to write for a variety of audiences

**On a day-to-day basis you will**:

- Develop social media content to be used on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Collaborate with our Chief Growth Officer (recently joined from Apple) and other team members to develop a content strategy focusing on the coaching industry, in order to power our account-based marketing and creator-based content strategies.
- Collaborate with people from various teams to create content for Bloom's digital content library.
- Identify coaching-related pain points and opportunities and develop narrative content around them.
- Make sure all work is factually accurate and free of plagiarism.
- Identifying the areas and topics relevant to Bloom’s target audience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools into design work as appropriate
