Learning Experience Specialist

Accountabilities
Learning Technology:
- Acts as a key interface across the Global L&D Team to implement learning technology in the correct learning environments.- Establishes how the audience will be best reached using the range of system platforms that ERM has available and choosing the spectrum from formal to informal.- Has the ability to draw from peers in the L&D sector for best practices and introduce pioneering methods for ERM.- Uses a varied suite of learning technology skills to deliver digital, virtual, social, and remote learning experiences.
Learning Experience Consulting- Has a good understanding of the principles of User and Learner Experience (UX/LX).- Provides a consultative service based on strong research skills for the Global L&D team on Learning Experience best practice.- Supports end-to-end development cycle for blended-learning projects and Learning Campaigns.- Through consultancy, develops proposals that support a blended appropriate to learning delivery and learning experience-driven proposals, using the most appropriate tools in ERMs suite of services.- Manages a portfolio of learning projects across a wide stakeholder base.
Solution Design:
- Ability to design content for use on both formal learning platforms - LMS/LXP and workplace technology such Microsoft 365 services such as Team and SharePoint..- Designs and develops learning artefacts that can be used as resources and objects both formally and informally.- Designs and develops impactful solutions that embed knowledge of how people correctly follow ERMs-approved ways of working.- Follows the order book priorities in terms of organizing work to meet deadline promises.- Tests and proves the learning assets operate and deliver measurement correctly. Conducts user testing and quality control protocols
Research and Evaluation:
- Integrates known learning evaluation techniques to optimize the LX of the proposed blended learning options.- Explores research opportunities to help uncover the best solutions and options that to meet the desired learning outcome using a variety of techniques - This can include benchmarking, peer review, synchronous and asynchronous activities.- Ability to produce both solution recommendation and evaluation reports.
Role RequirementsExcellent knowledge of the Learning Content Authoring Marketplace, best practices, and innovations.- Experience using content curation to support learning solutions.- Knowledge of utilizing workplace technology in as aids and tools to deliver learning experiences - for example: Microsoft 365 services - Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate.- Experience prototyping learning journeys inside an LMS or LXP.- Experience working with Cornerstone Learning LMS and/or Workday HCM suite would be considered an advantage.- Ability to plan and prioritise team workloads and capacity planning to meet deadlines/business needs.- Ability to lead through clear communication, coaching.- Experience working in a Learning Experience or Learning Consulting role in either a Corporate and/or Higher Education setting.- Strong gasp of UX design and inclusive design best practices and standards.- Good oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels in a confident and diplomatic manner.
