We are working with a digital agency, now searching for a Paid Media Strategist to join them.

**Required skills & experience**

As a Paid Media Strategist, you'll lead strategy and planning for clients, manage mid/junior-level team members, ensure work meets objectives, drive innovation, and improve best practices. You'll also own challenging accounts and work closely with Account management.

As a team member in this position, you will assist with resource management and planning for customers, and work with others to define client strategies. Mentoring junior team members and validating their work while advocating for best practices. Leading and presenting deliverables across media platforms, forecast and planning for clients, and maintaining technical ability in ad platforms. Use industry knowledge to inspire clients and actively improve service offerings.

Ideally proven experience in a role using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn ads.
