Northern Motorhome Buyer is a busy motorhome dealership based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. We are looking to hire a full time Bookkeeper/administrator who will work from modern offices in Skipton. You must be organised and have a keen eye for detail. The duties will include:

- Bookkeeping - recording all purchases and sales, including expenses. Ensuring accuracy and sending off to the accountant as required. Performing bank reconciliation. Producing VAT returns each quarter for the accountant.
- Paying suppliers as required.
- Answering customer queries including complaints, logging issues and resolving them. Building good relationships.
- Invoicing customers and ensuring payments are received on time. Sending out receipts.
- Liaising with company staff, paying salaries and sending out payslips.
- Asking customers for Google reviews and posting to social media platforms such as Facebook.
- Recording vehicles bought and sold on the DVLA website.
- Personal Assistant to the MD. Organising events such as the Christmas party. Taxing company vehicles, plus any other jobs as required.
- Advertising stock for sale on platforms such as AutoTrader and Facebook. Answering queries and generating viewings.
- Placing recruitment adverts as required.
- Ordering stationery and parts as required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
