THE ROLE:
Tom Ford Beauty has an exciting new opportunity for a Retail Experience Ambassador. This role will be instrumental in leading the Tom Ford Beauty teams in service and excellence on counter through coaching and events, and to ensure the highest standards of in-store training to achieve all brand goals.
Reporting to the Tom Ford Area Sales and Education Manager and assisting the National Education Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the sales and education strategies in store and ensuring the consistent implementation and follow up of all educational programmes and initiatives.

The emphasis of this role comprises of regular in store field visits to support the onboarding of new employees, review programmes and customer service standards, identify sales and training opportunities and plan a focused response together with the sales and education manager.

In addition, the Tom Ford Retail Experience Ambassador will assist the Tom Ford National Education Manager with the development of the in-store coaches, events teams and classroom training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute in-store onboarding of new Tom Ford Specialists and prepare Specialists for their Accreditation assessments.
- Assist National Education Manager with Basic and Seasonal Seminar
- Plan a calendar of store visits based on business needs and strategic priorities
- Motivate and inspire the Tom Ford Specialists at counter
- Identify talent within the team of Specialists and support in the development of their coaching skills
- Review on-counter standards such as Visual Merchandising, hygiene protocols and grooming guidelines
- Run in-store and virtual training seminars
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Education Managers, Specialists and in-store Management teams to identify business opportunities and drive retail sales
- Be a Brand Ambassador exemplifying Tom Ford’s Philosophy, Brand Culture, Artistry Techniques and fragrance knowledge
- Translate makeup artistry and fragrance passion into sales that meet and exceed daily and event sales goals
- Work with and develop in-store coaching teams
- Lead and execute in-store events

Be the social media touchpoint for all counter content online communication to drive sales and brand awareness.

- Possess proven leadership and development skills gained withing the retail beauty industry or hospitality
- Have passion for fragrance and advanced makeup artistry skills
- A flair for building strong collaborative relationships
- Ability to analyse a business, identify opportunities and create a focused action plan
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
