Property Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible, dedicated and customer focused individual to join our Sales Team, to support the delivery of our sales programme, including shared ownership and other sales products.

Within this role you will be providing administrative support and assistance to the team and the Property Sales Manager.

You will be involved in the marketing of properties and taking a direct role in liaising with prospective customers.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Demonstrable experience in a sales administrative role, with the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
- Exceptional communication skills, is customer focused and who has a willingness to go the extra mile to meet our customers’ needs.
- A pro-active, can-do attitude and a commitment to improving customer service.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging targets.
- A great attention to detail.
- The ability and confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.

We’re committed to providing training to ensure that you succeed during your time here at Community Housing, so if you don’t have all of the above experience and skills, we would still love to hear from you

**Ideally, we’ll need you to be able to demonstrate the following**:

- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
- A Full UK Drivers licence and access to a car is essential - this role will involve some travel from time to time.
- Previous experience within a Sales environment is great - but this isn’t essential

The hours of this role are flexible to meet the needs of the business and the individual.
