Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumbing for a job based at a NHS site in the Burnley area.

**About The Job**
Based at primarily on site in the BB10 area the Plumber / Heating Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance of the sites' plumbing & heating systems.

1st Fix Reactive Response and Rectification duties - Including fault finding and resolution

2nd Fix Reactive Response
- Providing support to colleague and technical advice to resolve open problems and encourage a learning culture within the technical team.

Planned Maintenance - Pre planned works within the Hospital to ensure contractual compliance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Industry guidance and rectifying faults.

8am - 4.30pm - 40 hours per week

£13.64 p/h

**About You**
Qualified Plumber

Have maintenance experience

Experience with vented & unvented systems

Sound knowledge of health & safety

Experience of working on or with, LTHW, TMV’s, Sentinel/Representative testing, Pipe work, Valves, Drainage, Potable Water Storage/Systems.

Live within a commutable distance to BB10.
