Hereco Maintenance Ltd are a Nationwide facilities maintenance company which caters for both Commercial and Private customers.

We are looking to recruit an experienced general all round multi skilled maintenance person, ideally with a strong plumbing background, who has a proven background, be multi skilled and capable of working at a number of sites both locally and generally within a 2 hour drive from base.

Good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with minor issues quickly and effectively.

This is a varied role and the range of duties include:

- Building repairs
- Plumbing / electrical works (toilet repairs / sink macerator works / replace light fittings / sockets)
- Basic joinery repairs
- Groundwork (Paving repairs, bollard replacements, Fence repairs etc)
- General roofing repairs
- General maintenance/handyman work

**Skills and experience you will need**
- Flexibility to work
- Customer orientated approach
- Experience in dealing with maintenance issues
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Driving licence advantageous

A DBS check will be carried out.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
