Reinstatement Supervisor

Lanes -I are one of the UK’s fastest growing telecoms infrastructure provider, with a projected turnover in excess of £100 million, over 900 people and a network work branches across London & the Southeast of England. Our purpose is to sustainably deliver infrastructure.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Reinstatement supervisor to help our Crawley depot. As Reinstatement supervisor, you will be responsible for the workforce comprising of black & white top reinstatement teams, grabs, and runners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to: Manage and plan the backfill & reinstatement of excavations
- Control of costs - manpower, material, and plant Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and plant checks Ensure the quality of work is maintained to NRSWA standard
- Ensure site safety standards are maintained
- Be able to plan works accordingly
- Attendance of council meetings to discuss reinstatement requirements
- To report back to permit manager with registration information
- Will be responsible for clearance on sites post reinstatement
- Closing down permits

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- NRSWA Supervisor ticket - Desired
- Previous experience in reinstatement supervisor in a similar environment (water, gas, telecoms)
- Drivers Licence
