We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is enthusiastic about the motor industry. A forward-thinking individual and keen to learn new skills and knowledge thriving to develop, progress and work hard to become a qualified Bodyshop receptionist.
You must have a ‘can-do’ attitude, polite and courteous. Be able to develop productive and cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues, using rapport building techniques, empathy, and effective interpersonal skills. Approaches sensitive situations with consideration for others and works to achieve constructive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- To answer calls and update customers on repair progress.
- Answer customer queries.
- Contact customers to arrange repair bookings.
- Arrange deliveries for repaired vehicles.
- Assist in the day to day running of the Drivers diary.
- Arrange booking in dates for estimates.
- Deal with customers face to face.
- Take payments i.e.: excess/VAT, deposits for retail work.
- Allocate payments on ADP system.
- Update Bodyshop Auto flow system.
**Qualifications**
- GCSE A-C or 9-4 in Maths and English or equivalent. Predicted grades.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel.
- Will be enrolled on a Level 2 Customer Service Standard
