To ensure that all deliveries are checked off against purchase orders/delivery notes. Ensuring any discrepancies are identified and all appropriate departmental records are completed. Carry out end of day cleaning tasks in line with cleaning schedules. To assist in the smooth running of the department by maintaining and organising the efficient running off the Catering store areas; checking in all goods, maintain an accurate set of records, weighing all recipes and delivery to relevant location, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, Food storage and H&S.
