We are looking for a pharmacy apprentice to join our friendly team at Crest Pharmacy located in Tamworth
- Must hold UK citizenship
- Ideally hold a valid UK driving license

You would be responsible for the day to day running of a busy dispensary which will include:

- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the dispensary.
- Dispensing prescriptions.
- Answering patient/prescriber/supplier queries.
- Building relationships with patients, GP surgeries, suppliers and other healthcare professionals.
- Efficiently organising workload and dispensary layout to ensure efficiency.
- Maintaining stock control and cost effective purchasing.
- Maintaining dispensary cleanliness and standards.
- Managing our patients and care home monitored dosage systems dispensing.
- Assist in delivering enhanced/advanced/private patient services.
- To assist in completion and organisation of pharmacy paperwork.
- Good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent team working skills and ability to lead.
- High level of IT literacy
- Role involves lots of customer interaction. Successful applicants will be confident and able to communicate effectively
- This is a formal government apprenticeship scheme position
