Our mission to liven up your events with fun, exciting and memorable catering for parties, gatherings or even office lunches falls hand in hand with our aim to inspire you and your friends or clients with innovative dining.

We bring restaurant standard food and remove the uninspiring menus in large scale events across the south of the UK. Rest assured we are consistent, from our sourcing of produce, your tasting evenings, to the memorably high quality, tailor-made, finished product on your big day.

Not only do we pride ourselves on the locally sourced ingredients & suppliers but also our resourceful ways to use recyclable packaging along the way.

**The Job;**

To work as part of a team serving a wide range of beverages including cocktails with exceptional customer service at all times set within The Pavilion located on The David Broome Event Centre. We cater for all spectators, showjumpers and families so it can be a very busy establishment.

**You will need to;**
- Offer excellent, efficient, customer service that is friendly and inviting.
- Be confident in a busy environment
- Keep the bar area to the required standards and cleanliness
- Take orders and manage orders through our online ordering system
- Operate the tills
- Work as a team player
- Have knowledge of the cellar
- Have at least 1 year bar experience

**When will I work?**

The role of bar staff is for part time, 8 to 30 hours per week, our operating times are between 12pm and 12am with each week being a different event, so these can vary, so being flexible is a must.

We will sometimes have to increase, or decrease these hours due to different volumes of bookings for the events.

Rota's will be completed two weeks at a time.

**What skills do I need?**
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Confidence in dealing with members of the public face to face
- Fast thinking and the ability to react to changes in customer volume throughout the day
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Desire to 'go the extra mile' in serving the cus with an approachable and friendly manner**.**

**Full training on the role will be given, but experience is preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
