IT Support

**1st line & 2nd line IT Support | Blantyre, Glasgow| Full Time| £25,000 - £32,000 per annum**

At Plugdin Business Solutions, we specialise in providing technical support to businesses remotely and onsite whilst working to the highest standards.

We are currently looking for a full time 1st Line and 2nd Line IT Support person, primarily to work on the helpdesk of one of our bigger customers but you will also be involved in any other operations, so variety will be part of the job.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- We cover most IT aspects, from Windows 10/11 Issues, LAN & Wi-Fi, Routers & Switches, Active Directory, Servers both physical and virtual, Office 365, N-Able Remote Monitoring/Backup, ideally you will have experience in most of these
- Knowledge of working on a helpdesk would be advantageous
- We also have some Mac OSX based customers but this is not essential to have

**What will your role as a1st line & 2nd line IT Supportlook like?**
- To work on the helpdesk of one of their bigger customers but you will also be involved in any and all other operations, so variety will be part of the job.
- General I.T Repairs and maintenance
- Telephone support with occasional site visits required for troubleshooting and new installs
- Some of the technologies you would be expected to deal with include: Windows Desktop, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 product suite
- Support and maintain end-user IT systems within the business
- Liaising with internal staff to log and resolve issues efficiently
