**Telesales Executive (Hybrid working)**

**Permanent**

Location: Newton Abbot

Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Part-time hours also considered 3 days per week

**Salary**: £25,000 OTE £35,000

**Hawk 3 Talent are working with our client, a family owned business providing services to the Devon, Dorset, Cornwall and Somerset areas, to appoint an experienced Telesales advisor to join their Sales Team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Contact potential new customers to understand their current situation or possible requirements working from a CRM database

Answer basic questions about the products/services or the company

Direct prospects to the field sales team

Enter and update customer information in the database

Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota to help facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Experience, attributes & skills sought**:
Proven experience as telesales representative

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota mainly via the phone

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)

Work well in a team setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
