We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team for our facilities business.

**Location**

Hybrid:

- Birmingham Business Park (1-2 days per week), Home based (2-3 days per week).You'll be ideally located if you are currently within a 20 mile radius of the Birmingham Business Park
- Fortnightly travel to Manchester for site visits
- Occasional travel to London for team meetings

**Hours of Work**
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.45-5.15pm with 30 minute break

**The Role**
- Taking detailed role briefings from our Talent Acquisition Manager/ Hiring Managers
- Developing knowledge of and advising on talent, competitors and recruitment markets
- Developing and maintaining excellent key stakeholder relationships (operations, human resources)

**Requirements**:

- Experience of recruiting high volume, operational roles in a relevant sector (e.g. facilities, healthcare, logistics)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Organised
- Proactive
- Customer focused (internal and external)
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Completer
- Can think on your feet - flex and adapt to changing deadlines and requirements
- Located within a 20 mile radius of the Birmingham Business Park
- Full valid UK driving licence and own transport is essential due to the limited public transport available
