Bar Supervisor

The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the bar manager in managing the performance of all bars, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of service and quality of drinks. You will play a crucial role in delivering assisting the bar manager in bar efficiency, upholding customer service standards, creative menu development, stock control and the management of key weekly operational practices.
- Proven experience in a high-volume environment
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- A passion for fantastic drinks and cocktails
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience making cocktails.
