Grade 5 - £22,369 for 29.6 hours per week for 52.14 weeks per annum equating to £17,895.20 pro rata.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative services to Heads of Service within Social Care and Housing Directorate. You will be responsible for keeping a diary of appointments, and producing correspondence and memos from copy and audio including reports, policy, and training materials. Other duties will involve receiving visitors, and dealing with day to day enquires as well as general administration.
You will hold secretarial qualifications in word processing to NVQ/RSA level 3 and have relevant experience in a similar environment. Shorthand and minute taking experience would be an advantage, along with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, together with exceptional organisational and people skills
