**About the Opportunity**

As an Associate, you will be part of a fast-growing PE-backed business that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You will have the chance to channel your advanced degree into supporting the development and commercialisation of portfolios, assets and brands by integrating therapeutic, clinical and commercial expertise to ensure that clients are able to make confident decisions.

You will be responsible for supporting intelligence and insight engagements across our clients’ product and company life cycles, and for growing revenue within existing accounts. As your clients will be global, the Associate position requires a thorough understanding of the evolving biopharmaceutical market and trends. Knowledge of drug development and commercialisation is also desirable.
- _Reporting_: You will report to a senior executive within Prescient’s London office
- _Time Allocation_: 80% of your time will be spent in office, with 20% spent on domestic or international travel (for client meetings, conferences and inter-office visits)
- _Key Responsibilities_
- _Secondary Data Analytics: _Sourcing, analysis and reporting of public domain information, be it scientific, clinical, commercial, corporate or market in nature
- _Conference Planning and Attendance: _Planning for key conference attendance with the objectives of speaking to a wide range of delegates on predetermined topics and attending key symposia, presentations, posters and booths
- _Analysis and Reporting: _Collaborating with other members of the project team to analyse findings, develop conclusions and recommendations and create client presentations that deliver an evidence-based story on the topics in focus
- Required Experience and Skills_
- One or more of the following degrees in the life sciences: MTech (biotechnology or related areas), MPharm and/or MSc/MBA combination.
- More than 2 years of professional experience, of which at least 1 was focused in oncology, immunology and/or biosimilars consulting.
- Understanding of drug development and commercialization
- Confident communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate messages clearly
- Ability to operate effectively and learn quickly as part of a global team
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese.
