**Job Purpose**
- Lead tax computations for a significant client portfolio, including for business owners, Partnerships, Sole traders, and high value personal accounts.
- Delivering trusted advisory and technical knowledge on both corporate and personal tax issues.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, being their go-to senior advisor.
- Oversee the delivery of tax assignments, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Provide strong people management skills, managing workflow and mentoring junior staff.
- Communicate technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.
- Work closely with Partners on complex tax planning and advisory.
- Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
- Drive the tax function’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities and identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
- Set an example to the team as a hands-on and proactive Partner Designate

- CTA and ACA / ACCA qualified with extensive tax experience in practice, primarily personal tax.
