Engaged in long-term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities covering over 100,000 properties across the UK, our expertise encompasses EICR, CCU upgrades, ECVP installations, Smoke Alarm upgrades, Electrical/Renewable heating, LED retrofit lighting, Emergency smart lighting Installations, Full Property rewires, and a multitude of other services.

We have an exciting opportunity for an **electrical supervisor **to work alongside our electrical team. Working with the senior management team, the successful individual will play an important role in the day-to-day electrical safety and quality operations across multiple stakeholders. Reporting to the electrical manager, you will be responsible for supervising field engineers, conducting audits, serving as a field liaison, providing technical support, and overseeing general health and safety company processes.

**Overview of role**:
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the quality, safety, and timely completion of all electrical work carried out by Robert Heath.

This role involves supervising electricians across various work streams, including testing programs, installation projects, and decarbonation programs. Additionally, the supervisor will work closely with the electrical manager to develop and implement work quality, performance, and safety auditing to improve the quality of field operations.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing specialist subcontractors and direct labour.
- Evaluate the quality of work being performed by the electrical engineers.
- Ensure that contractors deliver the service in accordance with contractual requirements, including undertaking corrective action when required.
- Lead regular TBTs
- Ensure service is delivered within budget.
- Ensure the team follows electrical codes of conduct
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- External compliance auditors to ensure customer service excellence and achievement of performance KPI targets including customer satisfaction, productivity, post-inspection pass rates.
- Assist in the delivery of a high performing customer centric service that delivers high levels of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to compliance and health & safety strategies
- Respond to customer complaints in-accordance with the complaints policy
- Monitor day-to-day field issues as they occur
- Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business developments.
- Undertake any other duties as requested.

**Qualifications/Experience required**:

- You will have a successful track record as an Electrical Supervision including within NICEIC regulations and control of NICEIC documentation, holding the following qualifications:

- City and Guilds 2382- 18th Edition of the wiring regulations,
- City and Guilds 2360- Parts 1 and 2, NVQ3 or equivalent
- City and Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 Testing and Inspection
- Gold Card (desirable)
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Accurate recording and reporting of information.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- IT skills
