Our client, based in Staffordshire, is a well-known, award winning label company, who are looking to expand their ever growing production team.

Reporting to the Production Manager and working alongside a team of experts in producing high quality labels, they are looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer to operate the state of the art flexo presses and other various printing machines they have on site,
- Experience operating a UV flexo press printing labels
- Experience with other forms of print - including flexo, digital inkjet, variable data, peel and reveal, rotary screen, cross over, turn bar, de/re-lamination, cold foild, piggy back and linerless
- Ability to work and concentrate under pressure
- Experience with variable data and/or premium embellishments is desirable
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs.

**Salary & Benefits**:
This job role is a permanent, full time position with overtime in the week and at the weekend. Overtime worked during the week will be paid at 1.25x normal hourly rate and overtime worked during the weekend or bank holidays will be paid at 1.5x normal hourly rate.

There is a shift pattern of weekly rotating patterns of early, late and night shifts: 5:30 - 14:00, 13:30 - 22:00, 21:30 - 06:00.
