As a Minor Orthopaedic Scrub (ODP), you will be responsible for assisting the surgical team during minor orthopaedic procedures. Your primary duties will include preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring the surgical team has everything they need to perform the procedure safely and efficiently.

Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be crucial in this role. You must be able to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and ensure that all instruments and equipment are ready for use at a moment's notice.
