**Working Hours - Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730**

**What makes a successful Lettings Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner?**
You’ll have experience directly managing an allocated portfolio of properties, providing a day-to-day property management service.
Responsible for mitigating risks
Undertake property inspections
You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of your portfolio and contribute to amazing results
Conduct property viewings where necessary
Monitor rent payments and rental payments
Authorise works orders
Issue legal notices where necessary
Prepare and issue tenancy agreements
Instructing approved contractors
Resolving any tenant issues or complaints in a timely manner
Managing the move in and move out processes
Assist the Lettings Manager to grow the developed portfolio
Negotiating renewals two months in advance
Ensure comprehensive notes are compiled on the lettings system
Processing the approval of invoices and bills
Completing landlord monthly checks
