**About the role and our team**

Join us as a Prescribing Co-ordinator within the Drug & Alcohol Team (DAT)

Within this role, you will act as lead for all prescribing administration within the team.

Day to day, your duties will include:

- ** Co-ordinating** the production of prescriptions at DAT
- ** Acting** as first point of contact for all queires relating to prescriptions
- ** Inputting** prescription data into patient electronic case records
- ** Collating**, monitoring and reporting data, information and statistics as required
- ** Responsible** for the upkeep of our prescription management system
- ** Striving** **to build good relationships with colleagues and patients

We are looking for someone who has experience with data systems, particularly numerical data. You will have a track record of excelling in roles that require accuracy and attention to detail and be enthusiastic about working as a key part of a small team.
