**Key Duties**:

- Assist with production scheduling and serve as a hub for communication on all production activities.
- Developing a close working relationship with our own factory and our partner factories
- Consistent monitoring and communication with factories/suppliers and ERIBÉ team about production plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Working with managers on updates of raw material/ finished goods movements
- Enter and update Odoo system as stock arrives/depart
- Place purchase orders such as yarn and knitwear
- Planning arrival times for yarn and ODM (other direct materials)
- Make purchase entries of yarn, ODM (such as ribbons, buttons, zips, swing tags and labels)
- Understand exactly where different labels must be attached to each different garment.
- Creating customs paperwork, ensuring this meets all company and international requirements.
- Helping to resolve complaints and issues regarding the supply chain
- Communicate progress / issues to ERIBÉ team on a weekly basis
- Creating and maintaining an open document on production and supply for multi-departmental access
- Check and correct entries for purchase orders in Odoo for smooth onward process
- Enter sales data as requested

**Job Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Ability to analyse and synthesise a large amount of data
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and helpful telephone manner
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn quickly, the rules regarding garment labelling for different countries
- Able to create and maintain a clear and logical filing system
- Quick to learn and understand new systems
- Able to work independently using initiative and self-direction
- Liaison: deal with any customer/supplier/factory issues in a professional manner
- Required to assist in warehouse during busy periods (pick/pack/dispatch)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Can work to pressure under tight deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Experience of Odoo, Temacs or other production software systems
- Educated to Tertiary or HNC (or proven equivalent)
- Direct experience with managing 3rd party logistics and/or production
- Basic understanding of invoicing/accounting
- Knowledge of exporting / shipping
- Understanding of customs procedures
- Customer service experience
- Background or experience in têxtiles, knitwear or clothing industry
- Second Language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
