As a Fashion Production Assistant you will be supporting the companies Head of Production with the day to day running of the department. **Location**: Watford

**Salary**:£30,000

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**As a production assistant you will be responsible for**
- You will have daily communication with overseas teams, the other head office site in the north and internal departments
- Organise couriers
- Sample management - working with marketing/production/design teams with all logging and chasing of samples, as well as maintaining sample rails within the office for photo-shoots and PR events
- Critical path management - maintain database with approval and dates of samples as well as the production and pre production of samples
- You will have had experience in critical path management and managing samples, ideally within in fashion brand or in apparel
- If you have had experience working with apparel in a buying/production environment this would be highly desirable but not essential
- If you have worked previously as an assistant buyer looking for the next step up in your career then this would be a great opportunity for you
