Senior Bookkeeper

**An established company for over 17 years in the Beauty Industry with several locations all based in the North of England**.

One of the market leaders within this glamorous industry, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper on a Freelance Basis to work closely with the Company Director at her home office in Bingley away from the city centre locations for

One day per week - Tuesday 9.30am -4.30pm -(Flexible with hours) Additional hours if required over busy periods and month end reports can be homeworking.

**You will be responsible for**
- **Purchase Ledger -** Inputting and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for a few companies
- Accurate data entry onto Sage
- Preparation and filing of VAT returns
- Reconcile supplier invoices and statements
- Managing the workload of one other team member for processing Pay-pal ,petty cash ,credit card statements
- Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system online
- Working with the payroll department and scheduling the N.I /tax payments to HMRC and updating new staff members
- Producing P&L accounts on a monthly basis
- Preparation of monthly management accounts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 7 per week

**Salary**: Up to £25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 4 years (preferred)
- Sage: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
