**Responsibilities**:
1. In-depth knowledge of overall Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Sales cloud, Service cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) & AppExchange apps like Vlocity.

2. Hands-on experience in business process analysis, defining to-be business process, solution mapping with Salesforce features, configuration implementation, validation, and deployment as part of Salesforce transformation engagement.

3. Undertake ownership of necessary documentation such as process flows, data mapping, configuration worksheets etc.

4. Proven experience in conceptualizing solutions using Salesforce clouds and providing out of the box, declarative solution options to client requirements.

5. Customer facing skills and experience in stakeholder management to drive large multi-country complex engagements on CRM platforms.

6. Experienced in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities including Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience clouds.

7. Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools.

9. Experience in handling presales activities for Salesforce solution including response preparation, customer presentation, and delivery orchestration.

10. Expertise in Salesforce data model and data management solutions.

11. Experience in large volume data migration activities to Salesforce using ETL solutions.

12. Extensive experience in Agile way of working - both Scrum, SAFe and Kanban.

13. Contribute in evolution of Salesforce way of working - bring in new ideas and methods to make the delivery effective and customers satisfied.

14. Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products.

15. Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.

16. Contribute towards the development and growth of the practice.

17. Experience or exposure in development toolchain is nice to have.

18. Must have very good communication skills (both verbal & written); prior customer facing experience is preferred.

**19. Certifications**: Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Salesforce NPSP Consultant.
