Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust have an exciting opportunity for a band 5 Assistant Chaplain to join our new Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care service, ensuring that patients and staff receive effective pastoral, spiritual and religious care when needed.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in theology, pastoral care or other relevant discipline, and accredited with authority to practice as a religion or belief (including non-religious beliefs) leader/ representative and/or a pastoral worker authorised by your Faith/Belief community (recognised by Network for Pastoral, Spiritual, and Religious Care).
The successful post holder will work within the Multi Faith Team, caring for patients, service users and staff from a breadth of ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds and across the broad spectrum of services provided by the Trust.
