Floor Supervisor

We are currently hiring a floor supervisor at The Old School House on Lark Lane. We are looking for someone who is driven, hard working and passionate about hospitality to join our team.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

- Providing excellent customer service and social skills.
- Smooth operation of the restaurant while supervising shifts.
- Confidence in personally managing a multiple-table section, as well as training others to the same level of service.
- Upholding staff training alongside the management team with all existing staff as well as training new staff to company service standards through training manuals & staff shadowing shifts.
- Confidence in leading a team through busy and demanding periods of service.
- Ensuring all in house paperwork is completed and filed properly as required (staff training, venue checklists, etc).
- Completing opening and closing procedures efficiently & to company standard.
- Ability to work closely with both management and colleagues to maintain daily floor operations.
- A strong attention to detail - maintaining high personal standards and demanding the same from others.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
