Trainee Welder

We are actively looking for a Trainee Welder to join our team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. To learn Tig and Mig techniques working on the highest quality Stainless Steel Fabrications.

**Person Specification**
- Previous welding experience is not a priority
- Full training will be given by experienced team members
- An interested in engineering/manufacturing
- Willingness to learn and to drive excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Follows detailed assembly instructions, to create complex welded frames for the unit
- Responsible for quality control procedures
- Report quality, process, and equipment problems to their Production Team Leader
- Utilize small hand tools such as drills, grinders, riveters, weld cleaners
- Makes own set-ups, alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions
- Complete daily production logs and time sheets
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Turn off and lock off equipment when not in use
- Perform other tasks when needed to help with production levels.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
