**Location**: Hybrid - home working/site project lead

Have you got PMO experience and looking for an opportunity to work on a large Enterprise project supporting us to define the PMO need in a programme/project environment? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.

You will support the project in establishing the PMO/project management activity to help us ensure that the programme is successfully delivered. You will work alongside PM's to support the activities required to ensure that technology and business changeis implemented and adopted successfully into the business.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Communication of PMO processes and requirements to the wider team ensuring clear timelines and expectations are made aware of.
- Supporting wider programme activity including workstream, IT and supplier activity
- Taking the lead on centrally managing updates to the plan, collating input from PM's and workstream leads
- Supporting and being an active member of programme meetings including inputs and outputs of meetings including SteerCo
- Supporting processes to track resourcing and financials, reporting any potential issues
- Establish and maintain a deliverable tracking process
- Support the preparation of materials for progress gateway/Go-No-Go decisions

To be successful we are looking for someone who has PMO exposure with the ability/appetite to work in a changing project environment.

**Location**

This is a Hybrid role so you will have a mix of working from home as well as coming to sites to meet project leads which could include Peterborough as the main head office, other UK manufacturing sites as well as Spain, Poland and Denmark therefore abilityto travel is essential to meet the project needs.
