**The Role**

My client is currently looking for motivated signage production operatives to join our dynamic team.

This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the business to ensure all signage manufacturing is completed on time

.**About You & Key Skills required**
- Self-motivated and driven
- Positive ‘Can do’ attitude with a client focused commercial approach.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- To ensure all signage manufacturing is completed on time and to an exceptional quality standard
- Follow all company procedures to produce signage and graphics
- Take responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety when working
- Provide efficient interaction with Clients and Client Services teams
- Be flexible with start and finish times to enable the company to deliver jobs effectively working in a structured shift pattern
- Work as part of a team and on own initiative

**In Return**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Colchester, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
