Alphonsus House is situated in Langley, near Oldbury, in the West Midlands. The service is split into 3 houses and a bungalow, each offering a homely environment. We have the facilities to support 19 individuals across the 4 units. The dedicated staff at Alphonsus House provide 24 hour support.

We are currently seeking a senior support worker to join our dedicated team.
- To work directly with clients in their homes to deliver the levels of care and support as outlined in each clients care plan / support plan.
- To supervise and support staff in the delivery of the service provision
- To act as a positive role model, to provide effective supervision and guidance to other team members, contributing to their performance and professional development.
- To support people who use the service in achieving their outcomes in the way that they choose.
- To access community facilities with the people we support.
- To act in accordance with all policies, procedures and any other advice and instructions implemented by Priory Adult Care.
- To complete daily administration including updating person centred support and care plans and completing accurate daily notes.
- To have basic computer skills.
- To develop and maintain professional relationships whilst developing a good rapport with the people who use our service, their family, colleagues, visitors and any other stakeholders.

Staff need to have a flexible approachable and be willing to work long days, waking nights, sleep-ins and weekends and bank holidays.
